So, I started this post a long time ago but somehow couldn't get it done until now...
John competed in a triathalon at the beginning of May! He did awesome, even though he had been sick for the 2 weeks prior to the race. The water was quite frigid up in Boulder on the day of the race which caused many "weaker souls" to opt for a duathalon, but John dove right in! Eli had a great time watching it all. He would yell "Run, daddy, run" and "swim, daddy, swim"! Actually, he still talks about it every time we see water. :) Although it was a little chilly at the start of the race, it ended up being a beautiful day. Here are some pictures to prove it.
