Ok, so we had a little break from our monthly family adventures after Maddie was born, but now they're back! A couple weeks ago, we took Eli and Maddie to the Aquarium. Eli loved it!! He walked around and could see through the glass and look at all of the fish and turtles and make fish lips. :) However, when asked what his favorite animal was at the aquarium, he growled...yes, he saw a tiger while he was there and that's what fascinated him the most. That and the stingrays that he got to "pet." The aquarium was a great indoor adventure for the winter.
p.s. Some of you might recognize the little girl and her dad next to Eli in the picture.;-) It's amazing who you run into when you're out and about!

Looked like a fun time! Hope I wasn't supposed to recognize anyone??? Hey, question, since yall are probably Colorado experts, what is a town yall would recommend to visit around Christmas? Like an awesome lodge set in the gourgeous snowy mountains. There are so many to choose from, just thought yall could point the way to something fabulous. :) We are shooting for a new annual extended family trip shortly after Christmas each year.
