Fall is finally coming to TX and we had to get outside and enjoy it! So, when we were in Dallas, we stopped by the arboretum. It's beautiful and provided a great backdrop for lots of pictures. Here are a few of them that we couldn't resist sharing.
One of the displays at the arboretum showed what a Texas town would have looked like "back in the day." Here's the evolution of the covered wagon. ;-)
The plants and gardens were amazing and we got a passer-by to take a quick family pic for us.
Then, of course, there was the pumpkin patch. Elijah was really more interested in the hay that he was sitting on than the pumpkins, but he did at least check them out.
And, we each took turns taking pictures of Eli with one of us. That's what being first-time parents is all about, right? Doting on our son and documenting every single event?? :)
